Europe’s leading trailer manufacturer Kässbohrer delivered to Trex Cargo and ICTS, leading companies in coil logistics, the Kässbohrer Coil Transporter, K.SCC X+.
The delivery was made by Kässbohrer’s Dutch sales partner, Trailer Groep Nederlands (TGN).
Flexibility and Robustness for the coil transportation
Specifically designed for the transport of coils by the dedicated Kässbohrer R&D-Team, the Kässbohrer Coil Transporter, K.SCC X+, features a robust chassis for the transport of various types of coils. The special pillar pockets and pillars made of steel are easy to handle by the users, and enhance in combination with the robust chassis the stability during the transportation of non palleted goods.
The coil trough closing and opening option enables the K.SCC X+ the flexibility also used as a curtainsider semi-trailer for the transport of palleted and packed goods. Security while transportation is strengthened with the special anti-theft curtain.
Furthermore, the sliding roof will guarantee a fast loading and unloading also during the usage of cranes for more efficiency.
Delivery to leading Dutch logistics specialists
In regard of its features and advantages Dutch coil logistics specialists enlarged their fleets with the K.SCC X+.
Kässbohrer’s strong cooperation partner TGN delivered totally 5 units of the K.SCC X+ to Trex Cargo and 3 units to the trailer rental company ICTS. Both companies with headquarters in Netherlands are specializes on the transportation of coils throughout Europe. With the K.SCC X+ in its fleet, ICTS is now also offering rentals for the coil transport.
