The new Mega Curtainsider Swap Body is manufactured with premium S700 MC steel, with KTL coating and partial metallization at key contact points, providing extended corrosion protection and long-term durability under intensive loading cycles.
As with all Kässbohrer swap bodies, the new Mega Curtainsider Swap Body is approved for operational robustness and efficiency and can be safely double stacked, ensuring flexibility and efficiency for intermodal operators across Europe.

The vehicle is fully compliant with EN 12642 Code XL and features VDI 2700 certified roof lifting positions, ensuring structural stability and safe loading processes.
