Commitment to Russia second year of OOO Kässbohrer

As the only European manufacturer with a production facility in Russia, Kässbohrer runs its sales operations with its own subsidiary, OOO Kässbohrer, established in 2011. 

OOO Kässbohrer, with sales office in Moscow and headquarters in Yasnogorsk, Tula Oblast District, provides to its customers the right transport solutions. Kässbohrer’s engineering experience and capabilities with state of art product development processes allows OOO Kässbohrer to offer the customized products according to the Russian market conditions, such as weather or logistics infrastructure, as well as our Russian customer demands.

Currently, Kässbohrer Yasnogorsk facility has a total area of 43.000 m2 and covered area of 15.000 m2. Yasnogorsk serves as the final assembly line for Kässbohrer products, as well as the main aftersales center, along with the central spare parts depot for Russia. 

Today, Kässbohrer is celebrating its 2nd year in Russia with a huge success. With a short delivery time from Yasnogorsk facilities, Kässbohrer is serving its customers with a wide sales and aftersales network in Russia. 

Aiming a total sales amount of 1.000 semi-trailers in Russia for 2013, Kässbohrer is the leader in the imported low-bed segment with a market share of 24% in 2013 and doubled its sales amount in the tanker/silo segment. 

Also, Kässbohrer is focused on the expansion of its sales and aftersales network, by the end of 2013 with reaching 30 aftersales points in Russia and totally more than 150 service points in Europe.
