Kässbohrer and Roos Spedition GmbH Strengthen Partnership with Delivery of 15 Lightest in Europe Chemical Tankers
Kässbohrer has delivered 15, 30 m3 chemical tanker K.STC 30 chemical tankers to Roos Spedition GmbH,a leading logistics company specialized in ADR transport operations across Europe. The new delivery builds upon the companies’ existing cooperation and follows the positive operational results of an initial 30 m3 chemical tanker test vehicle.
Headquartered in Durmersheim, Germany, Roos Spedition GmbH is recognized for its comprehensive approach to chemical transportation, combining a modern fleet with real-time freight tracking and seamless system integration.
The newly delivered Kässbohrer 30 m3 chemical tankers are the lightest chemical tanker in its class in Europe, with a weight of only 6,500 kg, supporting increased payload capacity and reduced fuel consumption during ADR-compliant transport.
The delivery took place in Trieste, Italy, Mr. Vito Bentivegna, CEO and owner of Roos Spedition GmbH and Mr. Ahmet Yilmaz, Deputy General Manager at Kässbohrer.

Manufactured to highest quality with robotic welding and internationally certified competent welders, the tank body is manufactured with AISI 316Ti stainless steel protected with ISO 15730:2000 compliant electropolishing ensuring corrosion resistance and aluminum cladding for durability.
Ross Spedition chose stainless steel heating channels located beneath the tank and 100 mm glass wool insulation for the efficient and safe transport of their goods among Kaessboher’s wide range of option of insulations including upto 150 mm wool, steel, aluminum or GRP cladding to meet the exact operational need.
